About the Founder
I’m Dušan Mladenović, the founder of Dinkoga GmbH, and someone who’s spent nearly two decades navigating the complexities of large-scale projects across industries like construction, power systems, and heavy industrial equipment.
Before launching Dinkoga, I led fulfilment for global large projects at Schindler Elevators, supporting teams across Europe, the Middle East, India, North and Latin America. My focus was on making complex operations run smoother—developing people, optimizing processes, and helping organizations meet high expectations in tough environments. Earlier in my career, I managed and commissioned projects for ABB and Mitsubishi Electric, working with clients around the world on high-impact infrastructure.
Alongside my project and operational leadership, I’ve built a solid track record in business intelligence and the development and modernization of digital services and applications. I’ve helped companies uncover valuable insights from their data and transform outdated systems into smart, user-friendly tools that support better decision-making and improved efficiency.
I’ve also trained and assessed project leaders at all levels—from beginners taking their first steps into project management, to experienced candidates preparing for executive roles as Project Directors. Helping professionals grow into confident, capable leaders has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
